HOW LONG DOES IT NORMALLY TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER PLACED AT THIS WEB SITE?

We ship most orders within 24 HOURS! We do not list products on our web site unless we have them in stock! We ship via UPS ground and the average delivery time is 3 business days (WEST COAST orders are 3-4 business days). So you can expect your delivery within 2-4 business days from the time you place your order. We will also email the UPS tracking number to you the day your order goes out. If you're not far from Michigan you might even receive your order the next day!!

Please contact us if you have questions after reading the information below!! As stated in our mission, we only charge for shipping. We do not charge a "handling fee". Our published shipping fees cover the Continental United States only! If your order ships outside of the Continental United States, we will provide a quote.

American Golf Exchange Billing Guidelines: There is a minimum charge of $4.50, plus an additional .35 cents for each 1 pound of shipping weight. For some items we have entered "0" as the weight for a product so you will not be charged additional shipping cost, i.e., to add gloves, spikes and towels etc.

To make your shopping experience even a little better, we will refund any shipping expense over $14.00!, so no matter how large your order, that is the most you will pay for shipping!!

SHIPPING ADDRESS - During your Shopping Cart check out process, you will need to include both "SHIPPING ADDRESS" and "BILLING ADDRESS". Be sure your "SHIPPING ADDRESS" is accurate.

BILLING ADDRESS - for the address that YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY HAS ON FILE FOR YOU!! In many cases this will be the same as the shipping address. NOTE: If an address other than the address that your credit card company has on file for you is entered into the "BILLING ADDRESS", the "SECURE NETWORK" WILL REJECT the order. This step is necessary to protect customer information.

EXAMPLES: If you are ordering a gift for your your father in Texas, you may type his address into "SHIPPING ADDRESS", and type your address into "BILLING ADDRESS"; Or: Let's say are a Michigander spending a comfortable winter in Florida (lucky dog) and you need some golf supplies. Type your Florida address into "SHIPPING ADDRESS", and must type your Michigan address into "BILLING ADDRESS".
