If you are dissatisfied with any product you receive from us, we will give you a full refund of the product purchase price, on UNUSED products that have been packaged and returned in the original container, with a note explaining why you were dissatisfied.

If you find the same product on the web for a better price within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund the difference. Just tell us the address of the site found the better price and if it's true, we'll send you the bucks. The Price Guarantee DOES NOT INCLUDE USED GOLF BALLS because we cannot directly compare our grading standards with another supplier's standards, BUT THE QUALITY GUARANTEE ALWAYS APPLIES !!

  • GOLF EQUIPMENT WARRANTY - Thank you for purchasing our golf equipment. We’re dedicated to developing high quality products that include the latest technological advances designed to benefit golfers of all abilities. In the event of a problem with your equipment, please read the following information concerning warranty obligations:
    • Golf Club Limited One (1) year Warranty: We warrant that our woods, irons, wedges and putters will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original owner. We will remedy any manufacturers defect, malfunction or failure of these products during normal use and proper use to conform to this warranty will be remedied by us in the manner provided below. We reserve the right to inspect returned merchandise for evidence of misuse miss-hits (a miss-hit is any use of a golf club that is other than contact of the golf ball with the face of the golf club head) or alteration. American Golf Exchange This warranty is nontransferable and non-assignable.

    • Our Responsibility: Our responsibility under this warranty shall be to repair, at our expense with no charge to the consumer; the products covered hereby which are actually defective, malfunctioning, or otherwise constitute a violation of this warrant. Our obligations of repair or replacement, are conditioned upon the customer’s return of the defective products to American Golf Exchange at the address provided. In some cases Exact Model replacement clubs may not be available, in which case we reserve the right to replace or repair warranty golf clubs with golf clubs that are similar in design and cost. Repairs by others voids this warranty.

    • Care and Cleaning of Clubs: Metal woods and irons may be cleaned in soap or mild detergent solution. Abrasives and metal brushes should be avoided. Grips should be washed in soap and water (no solvents). The club head finish is subject to wear under normal use. If graphite shafts were purchased, please use care when cleaning. Graphite shafts can chip or scratch. We recommend the use of longneck headcovers or fur-lined bags to help reserve the finish on graphite shafts.

    • Responsibility of the Consumer: The consumer’s sole responsibility under this warranty shall be, in the instance of a warranty claim, to notify American Golf Exchange of the specific defect, malfunction, failure in use or other manner in which the terms of the warranty are violated. In the event of a warranty claim, you must contact our customer service department by email at golfballx@provide.net or by phone at 248-685-9542 and in some cases obtain a return authorization number. This number needs to be clearly visible on the outside of the box and the merchandise must be returned to us, at your cost, to the address below. The merchandise will then be inspected for defects. In the event of a defect, the product will be repaired or replaced and returned to you at our cost. To obtain a return authorization number, the following information must be provided:
      1. Product Description - by model or other means sufficient to us to identify the product.
      2. Purchase Date - the day the product was purchased from American Golf Exchange.
      3. Name of person who purchased the product - as identified on the invoice that accompanied the product shipment
      4. Defect Description - nature of the defect, malfunction, or other violation of this warranty

    IMPORTANT - Except in states which do not permit exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, this warranty does not cover, and is intended to exclude, any liability on the part of American Golf Exchange under this warranty or under any warranty implied in law for any indirect or incidental or consequential damages for breach hereof or thereof. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary, from state to state. This warranty limits the obligation of American Golf Exchange to the terms set forth herein and in no way applies to misuse or modification of the products, nor does it apply to replacement of any non-defective products.
