On the left side of the page you will see a list of our product categories. Just click on the product category you are interested in.

The following gives more detailed information about navigating around the store, ordering, shipping and billing. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to click the Email link at the top of the page and fire away!

At the top of the page you will see the following buttons:

Store Front;  Search;  Product List;  Basket Contents; Checkout

At any time you can CLICK on any one of these headings to jump around through the mall. Following is a description of where each of these headings will take you

Store Front: you are  at the store front. This is the main lobby so to speak. At any time you can CLICK on the Store Front button to get back here.

Search: You can use the search button as a short cut to check for a specific product. For example you can click on the search button, then when the search screen comes up type the name of the item you are looking for into the blank space and then click the search tab. A list of related items will come up

Product list: Clicking on the Product List button will bring up a list of all the products. This makes for quick browsing, but will will need to wait a few moments for the page to load

Basket Contents: This button will show you a list of the items you have placed in your shopping cart. You can also change how many of each item in your shopping cart. It's usually faster to add one of each item you want to your shopping cart and then decide how many of each item you want just before you go to the Checkout.
For example; you want 6 gloves and 3 dozen golf balls, just throw one glove and one dozen of your favorite golf balls into your shopping cart, then click the Basket Contents button and your shopping list will come up. Just change the 1 that's in the box to a 6 for the gloves and the 1 to a 3 for the golf balls and then click on the "Update" buttons. Your order is now revised to the amount of each item you wanted!

Checkout: When you've done all of your shopping (at least in our store) Click the Checkout button it will take you to the checkout counter.

Product Categories:
You can see on the left side of the screen, a list of the product categories, just CLICK on the category that interests you and that page will come up showing you the products we have available for that category.

To get detailed information about a particular product, click on the underlined product Title (for example: STRATA TOUR: NEW 12 PACK )  and the full detail will pop up along with a graphic (not all products have graphics, to many graphics causes the pages to load slowly). Scroll down to read the detailed descriptions. All of the product descriptions are below the product headings.

When you find something you would like to order:
Click on the underlined product description this will give you the full product information, all of the product choices (color, size etc.) and a check box to enter how many of that item you want.
Make sure you select your choices for that item, i.e. large, small, color, spin, distance etc.
For example: if you are ordering gloves you will be asked to select your glove size, or if you are ordering "Titleist Professional" golf balls you will be asked to select what Compression you would like (i.e. 90s or 100s.)
In cases where selection is important (glove sizes for example) the order will not progress further until you have made you choice, this is in case you forget or were not aware of the available selections.
Once you have selected the number and style (or size) of the item you would like, click on the "Add To Basket" button. At this point you can go on to select other items for your basket or if you're finished click the "Checkout" button to head for the checkout counter.

Additional notes:
The ordering instructions above are the easiest to use, but we also listed some other methods.
The "Buy 1 Now" button will take you directly to the "check-out" line (that reminds me, there's no waiting because your the only one in line). Use "Buy 1 Now" if the item you selected is all that you needed.
Use the "Add 1 To Basket" button if you still plan to shop around or want to add some additional items.
(If you want more than one of the same item click the "Add 1 To Basket" button again OR you can click on the "Add 1 To Basket" then click the "Basket Contents" and adjust the number of each item in your shopping cart. It's usually faster to add one of each item you want to your shopping cart and then decide how many of each item you want just before you go to the Checkout.

CHECKING -OUT:
At the "Checkout" counter you will need to enter basic information in the spaces that are provided.
Make sure you fill in the information we need to contact you in case we have a question.

    WE ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GIVE OR SELL OUR CUSTOMER INFORMATION TO MAILING LISTS. I DO NOT WANT INFORMATION ABOUT ME BEING SOLD AND NEITHER DOES KAREN. We are a small business, we like our customers, and you can rest assured, you are not for sale!!! A NOTE ABOUT SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESSES:
When your are checking out you will see blanks for both "SHIP TO" and "BILL TO". Use "SHIPPING ADDRESS" for the address you would like us to ship your order to.
Use "BILLING ADDRESS" for the address that YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY HAS ON FILE FOR YOU!! In many cases this will be the same.
It is important to note that part of your security process requires the correct address information from the credit card holder. If an address other than the address that your credit card company has on file for you is entered into the "BILLING ADDRESS" the "SECURE NETWORK" WILL REJECT the order. This is to protect you!
For example: If you are ordering a gift for your Father who lives in Texas and you would like the gift sent to him, type his address into "SHIPPING ADDRESS" then type your address into "BILLING ADDRESS"
Or: Let's say you're are a fellow Michigander and you are wintering over in Florida (lucky dog) and you need some golf supplies, then type your Florida address into "SHIPPING ADDRESS", but since your credit card company has your Michigan address on file, type your Michigan address into "BILLING ADDRESS".

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS INFORMATION!!!!!!
To prevent shipping errors always double check you address information. Of course if WE make a mistake we will pay for re-shipping your order. But if you give us the wrong information it will be on you to re-ship the order!
There are some "cross-checks" to help prevent shipping errors but it is always best to "double" check!

Once you have filled in your shipping information click the "Continue" button:

CREDIT CARD, CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS and SHIPPING:
Ship Via: (Base+Weight Shipping $2.50) is the only shipping method we use (see below for more details about our shipping policy)
Pay With: Select the payment method you wish to use, (for checks or money orders; select "Check"), We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express
Then press the "Continue" button

CREDIT CARD INFO:
At the bottom of this screen you will see blank spaces for your credit card information. Be sure to enter you credit card number and the month and year the card expires. Please Double Check!!!

BAM!! your order will be on the way. We will send you an email to confirm that your order has been sent and headed your way!
 

SHIPPING POLICY AND INFORMATION As stated in our mission we only charge for shipping. We do not believe that our customers should be charged a " handling fee".
Our published shipping costs are for the Continental United States only! WE will quote a shipping price for our Customers requesting shipments outside of the Continental United States.

For the most part our actual cost of shipping (United Parcel Service)  starts at about $4.50 per package ($3.50 for packages delivered to a business address). The Actual mechanism for billing is as follows:
There is a minimum charge of $3.25, then an additional 25 cents is added for each 1 pound of shipping weight.
For example: if you order two dozen first quality "PRECEPT EV EXTRA SPIN" golf balls the shipping cost will come out to $3.25 plus $0.75 = $4.00(two dozen ball weighs 3 pounds). So the shipping cost for an order of 2 dozen golf balls is only $4.00

In many cases we have entered "0" as the weight for a product, in this way you will not be charged any additional shipping cost for the item. Some of these items include gloves, spikes and towels etc.
So in the example above, if you were to add 3 gloves to your order of 2 dozen golf balls the shipping cost will still be $4.00!!

We have also made a point to under-state the weight of certain items to lower your shipping costs. For example the "Framed Practice Net" weighs 12 pounds, but we have listed the weight at 10 pounds so the shipping cost will only be $5.75.

And just to make it even a little better "WE WILL REFUND ANY AMOUNT OF SHIPPING COST OVER $8.00!!! So no matter how large your order the most you will pay for shipping is Eight dollars!!!!
 We hope that you find this to be fair and equitable.

Thanks for taking a little time to understand the shipping mechanism. Once you get a handle on ordering over the web you begin to wonder why we didn't have this convenience around sooner!!
